21st Century Leadership Is Not for Everyone!

Today, across the internet and social media there are so many who are advocating leadership skills and talents. In reality in the 21st Century, skills and talents are not sufficient for leadership roles. The essential part of being a “Leader’ – note of the capital ‘L’ on the word, that will distinguish one from the others who are just leaders; what is required is ‘Leadership Competency‘.

    Indeed, there are only few who can demonstrate the real Leadership Competency in the 21st Century. It will be the turn of the Century when majority has caught up with these realities.
